FAQ

Real questions we've actually been asked.

Why so much more than other AI tools?

Because Dispatchr is not a tool. We are replacing the recurring cost of a department. Compare against the loaded cost of one full-time employee — most partners replace 2 to 6 of those in their first quarter.

What's a 'seat' exactly?

A seat is a named AI worker assigned to a function — Sales Ops, CX Tier-1, Finance Reconciler, etc. Each seat has a charter, memory, tool access, and accountability. Seats run continuously and improve week over week.

What does usage cover?

Usage is the underlying model + tool spend your seats incur as they work — calls to Claude, GPT, Gemini, web search, document parsing, and so on. Most partners run between $400 and $2,000 of usage per month at full volume. We pass it through at cost with full transparency.

Why $25 per seat on top?

Each named human user — operators, approvers, viewers — gets their own login, permissions, and inbox. The $25 covers their account, security profile, and notifications. AI seats are separate; they're included in the base plan.

Is this really invitation only?

Yes. We onboard a small batch of partners each quarter so every company gets a real human standing up the system. Request access and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

What about contracts and commitments?

Annual commitment with quarterly invoicing. Cancel for any reason at the end of any quarter. No multi-year lock-in.
